1. Offer Eligibility

• The special pricing is available to new clients only (this means this will be the first invoice we send you).

• You must have a valid ABN for invoicing reasons.

• The offer applies to one studio shoot only - at our Chippendale studio in Sydney, and does not extend to location shoots or other locations.

• To claim the offer you must book in a 15 minute call with the Founder via this link.

2. Limited Time Offer

• Your commitment to accepting the offer must be made via the 15 minute call, which must take place between 9am Monday 9th March 2025 and 5pm Monday 17th March 2025.

3. Booking & Payment

• To accept the offer you will need to send us a signed confirmation - that includes these terms and conditions, which will be provided to you by email after the initial 15 minute call.

• The offer will not be deemed “claimed” until we receive a non-refundable, $300+GST deposit payment, which is required to secure your shoot. This can be paid by credit card or via bank EFT.

• The remaining balance of $150 + GST must be paid on the day of the shoot, by credit card or via bank EFT.

4. Session Details

• The shoot will be scheduled for a date to be mutually determined in April 2025, with content delivered post shoot within 14 days from completion of the shoot.

• The shoot will take place on a week day, not a weekend.

• The shoot will be non-exclusive. Be prepared to meet other Founders or brands, keen to create some professional content.

• The offer includes up to a maximum of 90 minutes of studio time including prep, which in our experience provides plenty of time to capture some great content. We reserve the right to allocate the schedule of the day at our own discretion based on the definitive shot-list created from the objectives discussed in the pre planning session.

• A photographer/ videographer and lighting will be provided.

• The offer includes a package of edited content to easily create*:

  • 6 stories (portrait)

  • 6 reels (portrait) - video with captions

  • 6 posts (portrait)

  • 4 x images for your website (landscape)

  *We realise needs will vary across clients and the package deliverables may be adapted during the 15 minute call, however the final deliverables will be outlined in the confirmation document you sign and will be definitive.

6. Exclusions

• Additional images or extended time will be charged at standard rates.

• Props

• Talent

• Any additional elements can be provided and will be quoted prior to the shoot.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• The confirmed shoot date cannot be rescheduled. If you are unable to make the shoot date, the deposit will be forfeited.

• All cancellations by the client, anytime prior to the shoot once the deposit has been paid will result in the loss of the deposit.

• Please note your shoot is not confirmed until your deposit is paid.

6. Rights & Usage

• Short & Social will retain the copyright to all images and may use them for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

• The package of content assets will be licensed exclusively to the client for their online use only. Usage beyond their own website or social media platforms will require additional licensing, in which case fees will apply and must be agreed prior to extending standard usage.

• Short & Social reserves the right to change or rescind this offer at any time.
